Students - Engineering - Racecars

The UPBracing team is an initiative by students of the University of Paderborn. The team is structured like a company. We have made it our goal to develop and build two formula racing cars through interdisciplinary cooperation between a wide range of specialist areas and to compete with them at international events.

We take part in international Formula Student events with our racing cars every year. The racing cars are developed, simulated, designed and manufactured within about six months. They are then presented to the public for the first time at the rollout. This is followed by a test phase and finally the main events. The UPBracing team traditionally takes part in three events per season.
